Not only did the staff go above and beyond by returning my forgotten jewelry promptly and with a smile, but they also provided ironing facilities in the room, which was a lifesaver for last-minute touch-ups. The heating and air conditioning were perfectly balanced, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the weather outside. The hotel's terrace was a peaceful retreat, offering stunning views and a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee provided in the room. The soundproofed rooms made for a tranquil night's sleep, and the free toiletries and electric kettle added a touch of luxury to the experience.
